Incoming Orders
Walk-In POS Order, Phone Order, Web Order, Mobile Order, and Server Table Order
Acknowledegement
POS, Phone and Table Orders go directly to KDS.
Web and Mobile Orders go to Tracker first and then to KDS
Preparation
As food gets cooked and updated in KDS, the orders get automatically updated in Tracker and Token apps
Delivery
Dine-In Customers and Servers watch the token app and pickup their orders from the Expo station.
Take-Out and Delivery orders are picked up from the Delivery station
Applications
Merchant sets up the store using the Dashboard and Menu apps
Take-Out or Delivery orders come in from Web, Mobile or Table apps
Phone and Self-Serve orders come in from POS app
Order updates are done through KDS, Tracker and Token apps
Delivery is done through the Delivery app
